Luigi Antonio was born in Forio, on the island of Ischia, on June 13th, 1954. He is married with Ruth and has got two daughters.

He entered the Board of the Neapolitan Bar Association of Attorneys in 1985 and the Cassa Nazionale Previdenza Forense in 1988 and he has been a member of the Board of the Neapolitan Bar Association of Lawyers since 1991.

He is expert in Criminal and Town-planning Law (defence of the accused and of plaintiffs, appeals, pleas to the Court of Cassation , complaints against the dismantling of abusive buildings); Administrative and Town-planning Law (defence of addressees of administrative penalties in front of the TAR Court and of the Council of State, defence of authorities against private claimants); Civil Law (property; possession; obligations; contractual liability; extra-contractual liability; precontractual responsibility; inheritance; separations; divorces and adoptions); Labour Law (legal advice and defence of private and public employees and employers); Tax Law (actions in front of the Commissione Tributaria Provinciale and Regionale).

Furthermore, he deals with Sport Law, International Private Law and UE Law and has particular expertise in the field of liability of public authorities for things in custody.

He speaks fluent German and has a proper professional knowledge of the English language and of the main IT-tools (browser, Mac, Office). In particular, excellent knowledge of the Telematic Civil Lawsuit.

He has been cooperating with different law firms in Naples, Rome, Germany and Switzerland.

His passion for writing takes shape in the collaboration with the sport desk of the Ischia daily Newspaper “Il Golfo”.

Pluriannual experience as secretary of amateur football associations.
He organizes sport, cultural and local events.

Member of the Environmental Goods Commission of the Municipality of Forio.

Member of the Pro Loco Panza.

B driving licence since 1973. He loves nature and got the provincial license for mushroom searching.
